INQUIRY PRIVACY

How we handle your request

Last updated September 29, 2026. CordTek is operated by Kaleb Shockley. This notice covers information sent through the project inquiry form on this site.

What you send

The form asks for your name, optional business name, phone number or email, town, type of service, equipment involved, description of the issue, and optional timing preference. Please do not include passwords, payment information, customer records, or sensitive files.

How we use it

We use your details to assess and respond to your request, discuss a possible quote or appointment, and keep a record of related service activity. Sending the form does not book an appointment or authorize work. We do not use an inquiry as permission to add you to a marketing list.

Storage and sharing

Requests are stored in the site’s private operations records. Access is limited to the business owner and the service providers needed to run the site and email. We do not sell inquiry information. We may share information when you ask us to, when needed to provide an agreed service, or when legally required.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiries while needed for follow-up, business records, and applicable legal obligations. Email cordtek.al@gmail.com to ask what inquiry information we hold about you or to request correction or deletion. We will review requests in light of records we must keep.
